Urban Flow Yoga

Introduction

Urban Flow is a premier donation based Bhakti Flow Yoga community that aims to take the reach of its practice to the “under-served” and to establish a model that can be used in global communities. Aptly termed as the “heart-child” of Rusty Wells, the community has been nurtured with the help of Rusty’s (Gopa) friends, students and colleagues. All classes (flow based classes-Vinyasa) at the Urban Flow Yoga studio are conducted by certified instructors. Many sessions are organized in a heated room, with hip music playing in the background.
